Orders will normally be shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Orders received during weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the subsequent first working day. Unless specifically noted in a products sales details, we will only ship to addresses within the UK. We NORMALLY use Royal Mail first class post and will use recorded delivery on valuable items. Some heavy or bulky items may be sent by carrier and we reserve the right to choose. You will be informed of likely delivery times if this is the case.
Some postcodes are classed as Remote or Offshore destinations and may incur additional postage for parcels sent by Parcel Force. (Items ordered with FREE postage and shipped by Parcelforce will also incur additional charges for the following postcodes)

All postage calculations are based on one parcel, if an order requires two or more parcels, they will incur additional charges. The additional charges above only relate to parcels sent by Parcel Force. Royal Mail parcels are not affected and do not incur additional charges.
Occasionally the Royal Mail cannot, for various reasons, deliver the goods. Normally they leave a card to inform the customer but cards go missing. Please check with your local delivery office as the item may have been returned to await your pick-up. E'mail us if you consider the time for delivery is becoming excessive.
ELECTRONIC DOWNLOAD
E'books or any electronic download will normally be sent to your Email address within 24 hours of cleared payment. We cannot accept returns or offer a refund on the cost of an electronic download.
RETURNS
- We offer refunds on any new item (with exceptions ie books) returned within 7 days of delivery. Our wish is complete satisfaction for our customers so please E'mail us with a description of the fault or reason for dissatisfaction before returning the item. We may be able to help. Unless the item is 'not as described' or faulty we do not cover the cost of return postage.
- We will accept returns of new items but please keep the item in its original packaging.
- We regret that we cannot accept returns of books.
